F2F’s current schedule runs 3 Days Per Week (Monday, Wednesday, & Saturday). Each class is 45 minutes. Each “Round” (Session) of F2F is 12 Weeks.


Authentic Kickboxing

Our “bread and butter” - F2F’s Program is built on three generations of martial arts experience. Our curriculum based approach to teaching authentic Kickboxing is what separates our program from the rest. Students will learn Authentic Kickboxing and progress each week through layered instruction that will have students punching and kicking with purpose - not just moving their arms and legs to the beat.


Progressive Strength
Training

The equalizer in our program. F2F’s take on strength training focuses on simple, compound movements to build muscle and balance out the body. “Strength Saturday” typically features full body Kettlebell and Body Weight training.
