Our “recipe” has been handled down and perfected for nearly FOUR DECADES! Fit 2 Fight is the culmination of a lifetime of Martial Arts experience laid out in a structured, progressive, and easy to learn curriculum that truly separates our program from any other.

F2F is not Cardio Kickboxing! It is real, authentic kickboxing. F2F is not Circuit Training with baby weights! It is real, progressive strength training.

Our students train like fighters, because, everyone is fighting for something!

 

The Program


3 Days
45 MinUTES
12 Weeks

F2F’s current training schedule is 3 Days Per Week (Monday, Wednesday, & Saturday). Each class is 45 minutes. Each “Round” (Session) of F2F is 12 Weeks.


Authentic Kickboxing

Our “bread and butter” - F2F’s Program is built on three generations of martial arts experience. Our curriculum based approach to teaching is what separates our program from the rest. Each class students will perform Authentic Kickboxing through pad work, heavy bag practice, shadow boxing, and gloves drills - progressing each week through layered instruction that will have students punching and kicking with purpose - not just moving their arms and legs to the beat.


Progressive Strength
Training

The equalizer in our program. F2F’s take on strength training focuses on simple, compound movements to build muscle and balance out the body. “Strength Saturday” typically features full body Kettlebell and Body Weight training.
